Food Tips

Sometimes its really hard to eat healthy. It is also really expensive. You can always find something to eat anywhere. Bread is a big factor in weight gain. You can always reduce the amount of bread you eat in a day. I personally enjoy protein style burgers (burgers wrapped with lettuce instead of bread). Another healthy choice is turkey burgers, sandwiches or even turkey dogs. Turkey has less fat than most meats out there. Always remember that fruits and vegetables are great substitutes for side meals. Not to mention they are great for your body. Water is the best choice in choices of drinks. Adding lemon to water is a great alternative. Sugar free drinks like crystal light, lipton ice tea are also good choices. I wouldn't recommend sugar free sodas because of the high sodium.
