Healthy Tip

Enjoy this weather while its here and go outside. The more you are outdoors, the more active you are. Sitting down on the couch for hours if very bad for you in so many ways. It can cause you to have back problems, digestive tract issues and other bodily problems like gaining weight. Be active and do anything outside! Remember walking is always a great option.
