Faith

Have faith in yourself in everything that you do. If you have a more positive attitude toward things your more likely to live a better life. Try not and let yourself get too angry about things because trust me, it's not worth it. Have faith in yourself and faith in God. His promise is forever.

Being active increases your matabolism rate. Your are more likely to be in better shape if your busy and moving around. If you stop and don't do much, your metabolism rate will decrease. Keep yourslef busy and move around a bit. Remember that it's always better for your health to be off the couch then on it.

Tips

Try and find time for yourself if you don't get that much. It's always great to have alone time. You get to ponder a lot and just think about everything going on in your life. You can decide on things that you need to change or things that you like and keep the same. Being alone with your thoughts is healthy and lets you have a relaxed time. Try and find something to do like maybe get in a jaccuzi or walk somewhere you love to be. It's really imortant to make sure you get a chance to do things you like. Remember that it's never a bad idea to ask for help from the Man above. God is always there.

a good meal has color. when a dish has green, orange, red, purple and even pink in it its has to be good for you. stay away from some white and brown foods. replacing rice or bread with salads is always a smart choice.

Motivation

One key to losing weight is motivation. You might need something to gain from the hard time of losing weight. Even though losing weight might be enough motivation for some, others need the extra push to get to their goal. I suggest have a competition with someone or other people. Whoever loses the most weight wins something? That really helps the situation and people are more likely to lose weight that way. It also helps because your are not the only one trying to lose weight so there is that extra push. People love winning! If you can't find anyone willing, then just make a goal for yourself and if you reach that goal give yourself a prize. Spoil yourself every once in a while.
