It is important to live a healthy life. Eating right and exercising is important for your life because it will likely reduce future problems. You will live feeling better about yourself.

Health :the condition of being sound in body, mind, or spirit; especially : freedom from physical disease or pain

Having God in your life is the most healthy thing you can do for yourself.

Daily Living

Walking everyday is a great exercise for your heart.

Other options are:

Running

Jogging

Biking

Playing sports

Sit ups

Push ups

These are some simple workouts that can be done once or more a day.

Remember, the more your off the couch, the closer you are to a healthier life.
