Tip

Being active increases your matabolism rate. Your are more likely to be in better shape if your busy and moving around. If you stop and don't do much, your metabolism rate will decrease. Keep yourslef busy and move around a bit. Remember that it's always better for your health to be off the couch then on it.

Many ppl that have office jobs have the excuse of nvr having the time to move around while at work when in reality instead of shooting an email to ur neighbor or picking up the phone for a question walking to ur coworkers desk is the best way to stay active during office working hours....i annoy my coworkers cuz i do this :-p
